Interested in learning about High-Performance Computing (HPC)? Want to know more about how you can use Cloud Computing, GNU/Linux, and Virtual Machines to support your research?

UBC Advanced Research Computing (ARC) is hosting a 3-day Research Computing Bootcamp from Monday, July 12 – Wednesday, July 14 2021. This virtual training program will feature beginner and intermediate level courses on GNU/Linux, HPC, Cloud Computing and more. Additionally, ARC is hosting a DRI Open House and taking questions regarding the use of UBC ARC Sockeye and UBC ARC Chinook. Interested participants are encouraged to send in questions ahead of time on Slido.

Registration is free and open to anyone interested in high-performance computing from any discipline or skill level. For more information and to register, please visit the event page.
